With over 15 years of experience in healthcare practice management, Ashleigh is a passionate and dedicated Practice Manager transitioning from general practice into paediatric healthcare, bringing with her a strong commitment to leadership, patient-centred care, and positive health outcomes. She is passionate about creating a warm and supportive environment where children and their families feel welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their healthcare journey. Ashleigh believes in building strong relationships with patients, families, clinicians, and staff to help deliver exceptional patient experiences within a compassionate and community-focused setting.

Outside of work, Ashleigh is a proud mum of two and a devoted footy mum who enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, discovering great food, and keeping active with her Pilates obsession.
