Attendance and cancellation
Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment, please call or email our practice. Please note that appointment cancellations emailed outside of business hours will be processed as received the next business day.
Rescheduling Your Appointment with more than 2 business days’ notice:
We understand that you may need to change your appointment. We appreciate as much notice a possible so we can offer your appointment to a family on our waitlist. If you have already pre-paid and contact us at least 2 business days before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be allocated to your next appointment. If you do not wish to reschedule, we can arrange a refund of your pre-payment. Please allow 10-14 days for refunds to be processed.
Cancelling and rescheduling within 2 days of your scheduled appointment time
Cancelling less than 2 business days or 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of up to 100% of the total fee. If you have made a prepayment, we may allocate this to cover some (or all) of the cancellation fee.
If your appointment does not require pre-payment or a deposit, we will send a payment link for the cancellation fee to be paid before rescheduling your child’s next appointment.
The best way to reschedule or cancel your appointment is to call our reception team during business hours.

Running late
We understand that life can be hectic, and sometimes delays are unavoidable. To help us provide you with the best possible care, please notify us by phone or email if you anticipate being more than 5 minutes late. While we will do our best to accommodate you, please be aware that your doctor may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure there is enough time for appropriate care.
Appointments missed due to late arrival may incur cancellation fees. You will be informed of any applicable fees and payment before we can reschedule your appointment.
