Dr Janine Searle

Dr Janine Searle is a Neonatal Paediatrician dedicated to providing support to babies and their families from birth to 2 years of age.

She has worked in paediatrics since 2010 and exclusively with infants and babies since 2018. She completed her paediatric and neonatal training across several metropolitan and regional hospitals including the Royal Children’s Hospital, Monash Children’s Hospital and the Royal Women’s Hospital Melbourne.

Dr Janine also holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Hons) from Monash University.

Alongside her role at Paediatric People, Dr Janine works as a consultant paediatrician at the Special Care Nursery at Monash Newborn and Sandringham Hospital.

She is known for her calm and compassionate manner and is a highly trusted partner for parents navigating the early stages of their child’s life.  

Dr Janine enjoys the fun and learning of raising her school-aged daughter and loves curling up with a good book, baking sweat treats and spending time with family and friends.
