Hayley Kuperholz

Hayley Kuperholz is a specialist educational consultant who is passionate about helping families better understand their child's unique learning profile. She believes the best outcomes are achieved when families, schools and health professionals work collaboratively to understand a child's strengths and needs, and provide the support that allows them to reach their potential.

Hayley works with children across a range of learning profiles, with particular expertise in gifted, twice-exceptional and neurodivergent learners, including children with ADHD and autism. She is dedicated to helping families understand the educational implications of a child's diagnosis, translating complex assessment findings into practical strategies that support children at home and at school.

With 20 years' experience in education, Hayley holds a Master of Gifted Education from Monash University and has led gifted education programs across Melbourne's independent school sector.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her family and Groodle puppy, playing guitar, hiking and escaping to the country whenever she can.
